London's Drivers Training Center spokesman started loads of discussions by revealing a secret to the press. During an interview by the local radio, the spokesman decided to unfold some details of the carefully planned so called Theory test revolution. The London center is believed to be a real stronghold of failures of theoretical parts of the exam. Their strategy has always been a bit different than in other UK cities. The examinees complain about the system used by the unit, which was based on subjective opinion of the examiner. It's hard to believe for the majority of Europeans, that a driving license exam covers a Theory test of that kind, instead of a modern and world-wide popular system of computer-carried-through tests with automatically calculated results. What is going to be changed or replaced by new technologies from now on? The new idea's point is basically about the possibility of being permitted to take the practical part even having failed the free Theory test. The condition is a result very close to a positive one and convincing the instructor with one's practical abilities during the test drive. The unique system of London center seems to be the only one in its kind.
